Fwd: Thunderbird hangs when trying to write message

I have similar issues with IMAP boxes, my feeling (not yet checked) is that my "sent folder" is too full and therefore the upload does not work properly. The mail is sent anyway but does not appear under "sent mails" (only IMAP).
