It is fixed in a successive point release I backported to sarge since
ages. AFAIK -22 is ok on sarge. I find difficult to motivate for
a point update, the issue is visible in high traffic sites and
can be easily worked around by setting off mod_delay. The mod_delay
module is security concerned, but really at a very low level of
interest...
