Re-sent not to bothering you but because my message may have escaped attention.
During apt-get update (and upgrade) of amd64 etch from official debian site I noticed that also linux-image-2,6.15.1-amd64-generic and linux-image-2,6.15-1-amd64-k8, that I had initially installed, were affected (updated or upgraded, I can not say). What about linux-image-2,6.15-1-amd64-k8-smp that I am currently using? I did not see it being touche, but may be it has escaped my attention. The process was so long ... Should I do something about the k8-smp kernel? Also, what about the correct procedure to remove both the generic and k8, because names are confusing on the deinstaller apt-get remove. I fear to remove k8-smp. Thank you indeed francesco pietra -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
