Greetings all. I'm trying to increase my kernel timer frequency from the default of 250 htz to 1000 htz. Currently I'm not able the boot a self-compiled kernel due to motherboard issues, so I need to work with the kernel I'm running: 2.6.20~rc6-1~experimental.1~snapshot.8221
