Server DNS have 2 pachage DNS client and DNS server.If you have connection passtrough router from ISP this router work as DNS server and make fail DNS server on PC .Instal on pc only pachage DNS client if you plan to use Pc as client DNS.If you plan to use PC as server DNS ,make changes multiple in ISP router using manual.
