(text reformatted to bring reply below) I have been using the 64-bit port since March 2006. Flash was not available at the time. I must point out that I am a user who enjoys the benefits that Debian brings and am thus prepared to put up with a few cons. Flash stopped being a problem at least two years ago - I could be wrong there, it may be even longer than that. I have no reason to regret my choice of using the 64-bit port. And, I may add, I am a non-technical user.
