If you have modified /etc/default/apache2 and set NO_START=1 the init
script will annoy you at startup.
Considering that the package:
- doesn't ship with /etc/default/apache2
- the sysadmin has to explicitly create it
- and _then_ set a variable
this is highly annoying.
Please don't be like the tetrinetx maintainer. Please remove this
notice.
