When purging apache-perl, dpkg complained about /etc/apache-perl,
because it isn't empty. The same applies to apache-ssl:

----------------------8<------------------------
Removing apache-perl ...
Purging configuration files for apache-perl ...
dpkg - warning: while removing apache-perl, directory `/etc/apache-perl'
not empty so not removed.

Thanks.

This is not a bug. If there are files in /etc/apache-perl or apache-ssl
that do not belong to the package the directories must NOT be removed.
