This is with Testing. The problem is seen when either mod-ssl or mod-php4
is included.
apache2 v2.0.54-5
php4 v4.3.10-15
libssl v0.9.7g-2
(before I installed any extra packages, the base install was a 'stable'
installation, I updated to 'Testing' then installed other packages)

Is this on unstable, with php4 4.4.0-3? If so, this is probably due to
symbol clash between different versions of libssl used with php4 and
apache2, and will be cleared up reasonably soon.
