I don't understand your configuration. Do you get an error message?
Can you be more verbose, e.g. provide the output of

cd /etc/apache2 ; egrep -ir '(<|name)virtualhost|SSL(CA)?Certificate' *enabled 
conf.d *conf

on both systems?
