I certainly wouldn't mind you closing bugs if they are obviously  
configuration problems or not bugs for other reasons (works as 
intended, etc.). But for #391280, I am not sure that simply closing 
is appropriate (see my comment to the bug).

BTW, mailing to ######@ will not forward the mail to the submitter. 
You have to cc: him explicitly (or cc: ######-submitter@).

And I forgot to mention in my other mail that it would make sense if 
you joined us in the #debian-apache IRC channel on irc.debian.org 
(OFTC). Discussions in the Apache team usually take place there.
