Subject: UID bug in mod SSL Date: Saturday 11 October 2014, 19:14:13 From: René Malmgren <rene.malmg...@gmail.com> To: debian-apache@lists.debian.org Hi guys, thanks for a great work. I am sure that this comes as a newbie question. But unfortunately the current "stable" release of debian contains a for me very unhandy bug, since I would like to use UID:s as a login name to my apache. https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=45107 Now there are of cause several ways I could get around this. 1. Would be to move over to apache 2.4, but currently there is not good backport, and I don't want to leave Debian 7. 2. Patch the current apache package ( witch I opted for ) My question is simple, will there be a 2.2.24 release of apache for debian7? If not would it be possible to include a patch for the above mentioned bug in the patchset? /Rene ----------------------------------------- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-apache-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
