Hello dear maintainer team,

the currently available versions of libaprutil1 [0][1] make it impossible to use an IPv6 memcache server via hostname.
It seems to be hardcoded to IPv4.

This has been fixed upstream in the 1.6.x branch:

https://github.com/apache/apr-util/commit/9d72f3a00e0b2c36fa98c7af6778f07593da6539

For almalinux there is also a separate patch which seems to do a little bit more:

https://git.almalinux.org/rpms/apr-util/src/branch/c10/apr-util-1.6.3-allow-ipv6.patch

It would be great if IPv6 support could be added to libaprutil1 in debian.
(Including it also in the libaprutil1 package for bookworm would be highly appreciated too)

Thank you
