Most people reading this list will already be aware from reading other debian lists, but for the benefit of those who aren't, and given his involvement with arm, I feel it necessary to announce the death of Chris Rutter. Chris was knocked down by a car in Cambridge late on Thursday evening and died in the early hours of Friday morning.
I personally didn't know Chris beyond the odd email, but I know people who thought well of him, and I know that he will be sadly missed. Jonathan.
