And new kernels even got stuck in the incoming directory because ftpmaster
weren't informed before dinstall run.

If somebody has a good reason for not postponing these kernels for
2.2r4, speak up NOW!!

  1. There has not yet been a security advisory covering any 2.2.19
     kernels.

  2. There are no boot-floppies around built with these kernels.
     This will only happen for 2.2r4 anyway.
