Thanks for the clarifications.
Now that some of my X binaries are broken with intel-specific parts,
my only way out is to reinstall. However my installation is for the
target filesystem, resolving dependencies by dpkg doesn't work and I
need to manually recurse through each library from packages website
and get all the packages until all deps resolved - a long task for a
big package like X. Alternatively I must recompile. I am thinking
maybe if I would only replace the core binaries with patched ones, my
existing installation may work?
Could you advise me such simple replacement method to get it working?
