Which link? Generally, if you have a version of Linux kernel that runs on a device, you can fairly easily install the Debian userland (the GNU/etc parts). The mainline Linux kernel doesn't appear to have support for the Nvidia android shield pro but does have support for the nvidia shield. If the hardware is similar you may be able to adapt the Linux kernel to the device. If you aren't able to do that, you can use the Android version of the Linux kernel, which has some quirks that are documented here: https://wiki.debian.org/ChrootOnAndroid > or anyexperience with debkit ? that works on amazon fire tv... Do you have a link to debkit? Perhaps you are talking about DebianKit? DebianKit seems to be abandoned, the website is gone for example. https://sourceforge.net/projects/debian-kit/ There are a number of Android apps for installing Debian, Lil' Debi is the recommended one. https://wiki.debian.org/ChrootOnAndroid -- bye, pabs https://wiki.debian.org/PaulWise
