Now perldb builds ok again.

To get it to build afterwards, you have to go into
tools/cdebconf and run:
aclocal ; autoconf ; libtoolize ; automake --foreign -a
before running ./configure; make
for cdebconf
for anna:
cd anna; aclocal ; autoconf ; automake --foreign ; ./configure ; make
Anna also should support zlib now, should be autodetected.
If somebody could review the patches and apply them or give me
feedback, I'd appreciate.
