Dependency on boot-floppies

Hello,

I hope I can send a mail here. I would like to ask, why the dependency is so
big for this package? libwww-perl, tetex* are seems to be necessary, but I
can not understand why.

Ps:Would not be easier, if I try to modify an existing boot floppy?
