moved bits of 'conclusion hints' to front, where they will be more useful;
changed the email to debian-doc since bortz hasn't done anything about this
in years, added "and others" to the name; added a short abstract with a link
to the install manual; explained that total newbies should use tasksel;
s/dselect-// in the section/chapter ids; removed note about diffing config
files because dpkg provides an option for that nowadays; added some
<manref>s; mentioned how APT method is better and moved its section to the
top; completely fixed the glossary; various other small fixes
