Log Message:

run_plilo_yaboot(): when /boot is a separate partition create
/target/etc/kernel-img.conf with image_in_boot = true and
relative_links = true.  this way newly installed kernel-image packages
will create the symlinks in a way that will actually work with
yaboot.
