Whoops.

Apparently my 0.8 upload was done without checking "git status" first.
Sorry 'bout that.

The first three should not have been there in the first place; they are
completely and utterly unrelated to partman-nbd.

The changes to resolv.c were a work in progress; I'm not sure whether
they were actually tested.

I'll do so ASAP, and upload a fixed 0.10 when that's done. Meanwhile,
0.9 is actually in better state than 0.8 was (as in, less features but
what's there has actually been tested), so go ahead and let it pass.
