Puuh, I wasn't aware of the debian-installer git repo and of this file. At least for german, it is out of date, Dennis Stampfer and Jens Seidel are no longer active (since several years already). And: Adding the translator info from the d-i manual in that file would mix up everything completely: often there are different translators for the d-i and the d-i manual. So, these have to be separated, to be useful. Since the d-i manual has its own svn repository, I would vote for adding a separate list there.
