Given the recent explanations by Sorina and Gaudenz, I think we can
given them trust for doing things as cleanly as possible, even
eventually updating the ipv6 branch.

As I understand, coding style is not overall consistent in netcfg and
having some harmonization is good.

Anyway, all this is made in a separate branch so it doesn't really
impact the release.
