In the traditional install method the installer is not expecting a network source when it asks if the users wants a network mirror so it doesn't refresh pkgcache when 'No' is selected for network mirror. In case of live installer should refresh the pkgcache even if the user selects 'No' when choosing a network mirror to clear the existing network source in the pkgcache.
