Yes, of course. Adding this to partman-zfs is not trivial though (most
of partman-zfs mimics partman-lvm, but this part required extra work and
I didn't have time when I did the initial port).

Note that LVM support (with readonly metadata) in kFreeBSD D-I is still
incomplete. Most of the pieces are there though, I think you just need
to manually load the geom_lvm kernel modules.
