Ah, but that is actually handled by the gnome-orca package itself. So
all xfce4-session needs to do is to depend on gnome-orca, just like
gnome does. orca will auto-start only if the gsettings for it is
enabled. There is just a missing change in orca for this to work with
XFCE, I'll handle that.
