This is getting confusing: In https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=777439#35 you wrote, that you have done a shell-only install (no desktop environment). Now you write, that you have kde and network-manager installed. ??? Without the installer logs there is no chance to get this sorted out. PS: when you want to configure your network connections with network-manager, the corresponding network interfaces have to be completely deleted out of the /etc/network/interfaces file.
