s390-netdevice is a d-i/Debian upstream package. netdevice.c and the top-level directory lack any copyright statements and a licensing file. It would be nice if the C file had the boilerplate copyright holder and license; and for the top-level directory to ship a LICENSE or COPYING file. This came up as part of the Ubuntu main inclusion review of s390-netdevice. Regards, Dimitri.
