Vagrant, can we merge it or do you want me to do some other test before?

I've the feeling that situation stalled but I don't see what could be
the reason and what else I could do to unblock it.

I see a glowing green button "Merge" on Salsa, and I could even press
it, but is there any planned upload of the package?

As reported in [0], the installer worked nicely except that it did not
create any boot.scr, I did not make any tweak during the installation.
