这种情况下大部分KDE功能都不可用。

As Debian Bookworm has moved to the LTS condition, plus you have heavily messed up with customized shared libraries that was built from the source code, I don't think this bug can be properly triaged. As a result, I am closing this bug report. If you can reproduce this issue on a newly-installed Debian OS, we may look further into this issue. Please let me know if that is the case.
