as explained by Martin, your l10n fixes have already been committed. About the last issue, it is not related to l10n, and AFAICT there have been no other similar reports. This bugreport will be closed when a new boot-floppies package is uploaded. If you encounter this problem again, please try to reproduce it when in English locale so that debian-boot folks can deal with it. Thanks for your report.
