Well, there's a version from Stefan Reinauer from Suse (http://www.suse.de/~stepan/), but it is difficult to compile with a non-Suse kernel source. He even has some source based on the 2.4 kernel at ftp.suse.com//pub/people/stepan/milo/new, but I don't know whether it ever worked.
