My branch has lists of udebs to be included on CDs. At the moment thats pretty much just a list of all udebs with some minor changes and special cases for archs. My goal is to make those lists just include the major udebs and pull in dependencies that are not already on previous mediums. Not quite sure how to do it esspecially with floppies but thats my goal. The list of udebs for the 20MB (just d-i) and 50MB (d-i + base) images I used are at: http://cvs.debian.org/debian-installer/build/pkg-lists/udeb-all/?only_with_tag=mrvn They are basically all udebs that are installable. You can remove any udeb thats already on the initrd (or the common packages from all relevant initrds).
