Blank lines are stripped, MIME framing is stripped, and you can have other pseudo-header lines before Package. Beyond that, no. Apart from anything else, the requirement for a pseudo-header is a remarkably good defence against spam to [EMAIL PROTECTED], of which there is a great deal.
