No, the link is correct. If you want to go to 5.2, you should use the link: 5.2. Boot Parameters in the table of contents, which leads correctly to http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/manual/en.i386/ch05s02.html
The TOC entries are confusingly similar. It's the x86 manual, nobody should expect boot parameters inapplicable to installing on the x86.
