Deleting this partition makes aboot install. I have no idea why that partition is created as I just choose multiuser system and let the d-i do the work. Rebooting the system it tries to boot to dqb.??????? which is my CDROM, but it is supposed to be booting my hard disk which is dqa0 Pressing reset button fixes that. The kernel that is installed on the hard disk is the correct one now, which is wonderful! - Craig -- Craig Small GnuPG:1C1B D893 1418 2AF4 45EE 95CB C76C E5AC 12CA DFA5 Eye-Net Consulting http://www.enc.com.au/ MIEE Debian developer csmall at : enc.com.au ieee.org debian.org -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
