Well, given the limited amount of testing we got on power3, i think it would
be safe to do this pre-sarge, since a majority of installs i had direct access
to worked with the -smp kernel and not with the -up one (but then it was 1 of
1, i think, and current d-i doesn'y work anyway on leighbb's power3 machine).

post-sarge, we will drop 32bit power3 and power4/g5 kernels anyway in favor of
64bit iseries-legacy, generic and generic-power4 kernels anyway.

I tried to by myself a power3 chrp box, but at >750 Euro, it was well over my
budget for this kind of things.
