Package: xmms
Version: 1.2.10-2

When I choose ALSA plugin for xmms, my $HOME partition fills
because error messages stored in ~/.xsession-errors (reported from xmms),
the message repeated is:

ALSA lib pcm_hw.c:490:(snd_pcm_hw_delay) SNDRV_PCM_IOCTL_DELAY failed:
File descriptor in bad state

The file continues increasing in size until the partition fills
completely.

Hello,

libasound2 1.0.8-1 fixes the problem wherein ~/.xsession-errors would fill
with error messages when XMMS was paused. As that package is now entering
the archive, I'm closing the related XMMS bug reports.

Cheers,
Christopher Martin
