The list of /dev/zap/* devices that are created by postinst doesn't
match the current upstream list created by the Makefile in the official
zaptel sources. In particular, /dev/zap/{250-253} need to
be deleted and /dev/zap/timer needs to be created (minor 253).
Also, should the postinst script be able to "upgrade" an old set of
device files if needed?
