Your Build-Depends on debhelper states that you only require version
4.0.0 of debhelper. On the other hand you use in your debian/rules
dh_shlibdeps with the -L option which was introduced in debhelper
version 4.1.1 earliest.
Pretty please bump that dependency in your debian/control file to 4.1.1
at least so it states correctly what it needs. This is a policy
violation, though sarge has a newer version of debhelper in it already
it doesn't really affect the release and thus I only set severity
important. Please take it anyway as a serious bug.
