wajig is very starnge ivocate sudo. If I run 'sudo reportbug', by
example, I get right charset (KOI8-R), but if I run 'wajig bug' - charset is
'us-ascii'. It's painless example, but...

If I start 'wajig setup' I get debconf window with russian text, but all
symbols are '?' or ' '. I don't undersatnd _what_ locale is used in this
case? Under linux console I get english language debconf screeen. It's
wrong, but usable.

Of course, "sudo apt-setup" works fine and in both cases show me perfect
cyrillic letters.
