When configuring websvn to use MultiViews and wsvn, I ran into a problem
where the generated urls weren't path relative (so http://projectname/
instead of http://servername/projectname/...).

I don't know what kind of weirdness I must have on my server that I'm
the only one to notice this, but it was easily fixed by the attached=20
patch which should be safe in any case.
