Please comment out 'skip_innoDB' from the default my.conf, I really dont
feel that this should be disabled by default, or if you feel that it
should be then include an option at install that allows the user to
select if they care to use InnoDB tables or not. There is no harm that I
can find in keeping this commented, only pain for any one who uses
InnoDB.
