When I upgraded from 1.4 to 2.0, none of my mail received later than Feb. 2004 
was copied from the folders in evolution/local/ to the files in 
.evolution/mail/local.  This may be the same bug as #276162, though in that 
case, no data was migrated, while in mine, only some was.
