It would be nice to move the files CORBA.h and CORBA-SMALL.h
into a MICO subdirectory. That way it would be in line with
other C++ ORBs in Debian (TAO: /usr/include/tao/corba.h,
omniORB4: /usr/include/omniORB4/CORBA.h).
