Hi,

Removing the "pachi" package with apt does not cause "pachi-data"
to be removed.  Since there's no point having the data installed
without the game, the data should be removed when the game is
removed, otherwise a user may remove the game not realising the
game data is still installed.

If the pachi-data Recommends on pachi was changed to a Depends,
this should give the appropriate behaviour.

If there are other users of pachi-data besides pachi, this bug
is incorrect.
