Package: apt-proxy
Version: 1.9.21
Severity: important

Every Sunday morning I get a message with the subject of "Cron
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || run-parts --report
/etc/cron.daily" emailed to me which contains this:

  /etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
  Another twistd server is running, PID 23770

  This could either be a previously started instance of your
  application or a different application entirely. To start a new one,
  either run it in some other directory, or use the --pidfile and
  --logfile parameters to avoid clashes.

After that apt-proxy stops working - doing an "apt-get update" gives
me "503 Service Unavailable" errors.
