It would be nice to handle .tbz files same way as .tar.bz2 files are -
so that man can enter into archive and not just seeing tar file in less.

The bug you reported has been fixed in the lastest mc 4.6.0.pre3 upload.
(I manually close the bug because it was forgotten in the changelog).
