Package: anon-proxy
Severity: normal

Try this:

   /etc/init.d/anon-proxy start
   /etc/init.d/anon-proxy start
   ...

And multiple processes are started, which all try to occupy port 4001.
The command should check for already running process and
allow starting multiple of them.
